The Central Property Owners’ Association (CPOA) is seeking candidates for Officers, Directors and Nominating Committee Members. All terms of office shall commence immediately following the Annual CPOA Election meeting on Tuesday, May 8, 2012.
Candidates are being sought to fill four Officer positions and seven Director positions on the CPOA Board. The President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer shall serve one year terms expiring in May 2013. Five Directors shall serve three year terms expiring in May 2015. One Director shall serve a two year term expiring in May 2014 and one Director shall serve a one year term expiring in May 2013.
Residents of the Central Section who are interested in being considered for an Officer or Director position can secure an application from the chairperson of the Nominating Committee, Tom Simpson at 747-2174. The deadline for the return of a completed application form is Friday, February 24, 2012.
Candidates are also being sought to fill five Member positions and two Alternate Member positions on the CPOA Nominating Committee. Four Members and one Alternate shall serve two year terms expiring in May 2014 and one Member and one Alternate shall serve one year terms expiring in May 2013.
Residents of the Central Section who are interested in being considered for the Nominating Committee can secure an application from the Secretary of the CPOA, Joseph Como at 747- 9840. The deadline for the return of a completed application form is Friday, February 24, 2012. |
